Silver properties have a little more attention and some stand out features (such as recently-renovated rooms).
Grading takes into consideration upkeep of the property, guest convenience, quality of fixtures and fittings (and subsequent wear and tear) and this grade offers excellent price vs quality.

    – Less wear and tear or higher quality products on average
    – Better attention to guest comforts
    – All areas excellent or very good
    – Minimum of 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet
